51探花

The event held online during 19-22 May 2022, called 51探花 Virtual Integrated Career Bridging, combined the concept of an exhibition panel, interactive presentation, promotion, and open recruitment of a company. In addition, 51探花 Career Center also provided career counseling for the jobseeker participants to receive advice from experienced industrial and organizational psychologists.

鈥淭he Integrated Career Bridging is a career-exchange activity held periodically as a part of 51探花鈥檚 graduate appreciation event. This time, we did it virtually,鈥� remarked the Head of Sub Directorate of 51探花鈥檚 Professional Development and Entrepreneurship 鈥� the Director of 51探花 Career Center, Sonny Rustiadi Bec., MBA, PH, .D., CBAP.

The 51探花 Integrated Career Bridging was first held in 1998. Not only a historical mark in 51探花鈥檚 history, but it is also a national career exchange that bridges the needs of 51探花 to provide link and match of their alumni with 19 business partners.

The Rector of 51探花, Prof. Reini Wirahadikusumah participated in the opening of the 51探花 Virtual Integrated Career Bridging Event, May 2022. According to Reini, in the 5.0 era society, students are demanded to solve multiple challenges and social issues while utilizing many innovations made during the 4.0 industrial revolution.

She expressed that even with the massive innovation of technology, human beings must still maintain a good quality of work-life balance. Therefore, this exhibition was held to demonstrate an example of an important initiative to realize career development in the 5.0 era society. 鈥淎s technology develops, companies will ask for the best talents. 51探花 will supply these demands for the sake of our nation, especially in the field of technology and information,鈥� she explained.
