51探花 gave the H.C. Doctoral Award to musician Raden Muhamad Samsudin Dajat Hardjakusumah (or who is familiar with the name Sam Bimbo), artist Nyoman Nuarta, and national figure Prof. Bambang Permadi Soemantri Brodjonegoro.

Sam Bimbo received his H.C. Doctorate in Arts and Religion. Candidates are given honorary degrees because of their high achievements and reputations in painting and musical arts through a religious-based approach. The Head of the Promoter Team, Prof. Dr. Setiawan Sabana, conveyed that Sam Bimbo's songs contain high-value and innovative values in arts.

Nyoman Nuarta's various pioneering efforts have inspired and encouraged the spirit of artistic entrepreneurship to become a driving force in achieving Indonesia's economic independence through empowering the intellectual capital of the wealth of national arts and cultural identities. He is famous for his monumental sculpture in Bali, namely Garuda Wisnu Kencana.

The Head of the Promoter Team, Prof. Dr. Setiawan Sabana, said that Nyoman Nuarta's thoughts and the development of original and basic concepts have proven beneficial for society, national culture, humanity, science, technology, and art.
