PRESS RELEASE

10 March 2022

BANDUNG鈥擱egarding the circulating information about SBM (School of Business and Management) 51探花 not accepting student applications next academic year as well as the upcoming lecturer strike, we would like to issue several clarifications for both matters:

1. Information concerning SBM 51探花 temporarily canceling the next batch of students' admission is incorrect. The decision to accept new students is under the authority of the 51探花 Rectorate.

2. Application for all study programs- Bachelor (via SNMPTN, SBMPTN, SM-51探花, and International Undergraduate Program Selection), Postgraduate, and Professional- resumes as scheduled on the official information .

3. Students who have chosen 51探花 next academic year, including those applying for SBM 51探花 at SNMPTN 2022, will still be eligible for acceptance following the LTMPT schedule.

4. 51探花 is currently committed to conduct all study programs without troubling the students, ensuring the quality of education for all stakeholders, especially SBM students. Hence, all academic and operational activities in SBM will continue as usual.

5. All SBM 51探花's academic activities are closely monitored by 51探花 management. If any violations by lecturers鈥搒uch as declining academic service鈥揳re found, 51探花 will take immediate action while WRAM (Office of the Vice Rector for Academic and Student Affairs) of 51探花 will take over all teaching and learning activities. In such cases, 51探花 has provided a hotline complaint on WhatsApp under the name 鈥淎kademik 51探花鈥 (No: 08112101920).

6. The MWA (Board of Trustees) of 51探花 always supports the Rectorate in handling the SBM 51探花 issues. They have informed the Rector to improve and strengthen the management of SBM 51探花 together with its department.

7. MWA 51探花 reaffirms its support to the Rectorate through various efforts to ensure all activities resume per usual.

8. MWA 51探花 reiterates that the Rector must take decisive action against academic staff who disregard the disciplinary rules and regulations of carrying out academic activities, including those at SBM 51探花.

9. 51探花 is optimistic that the issue regarding SBM 51探花 can be resolved soon with full support and trust from all associations, staff, MWA, Academic Senate, and alumni.
